Shipping Policy

Retail Orders

All orders are shipped direct from our warehouse in Minnesota via the shipping method you select during checkout. If no shipping method is selected, we will ship USPS 1st Class Mail, UPS Ground, or SPEEDEE Delivery (Midwest Only) at our discretion, based on order size. If you want to ship internationally, please call (855) FUNATIC or email service@funatic.com for assistance. Funatic is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen shipments once they’ve left our warehouse. Orders placed by 11:59pm CST will generally ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking email once your shipment is scanned by the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin showing activity in the shipping carrier’s system. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. We will offer exchanges on damaged merchandise if you email us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please email service@funatic.com with your order # and a description of the issue and we will assist you.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are shipped direct from our warehouse in Minnesota. Our standard carriers are UPS, USPS, or SPEEDEE (Midwest Only). We do not ship FedEx.  If you’d like to ship freight collect on your UPS account, please email service@funatic.com. Shipping is free on order of $1500+ (after any discounts), otherwise shipping is charged at the rate of $15 per order + $0.20 per unit. Shipping is charged based on your entire order, including backordered items, but backorders will ship for FREE when they are back in stock. If you want to ship internationally, please call (855) FUNATIC or email service@funatic.com for assistance. You will receive a tracking email once your shipment is scanned by the shipping carrier. Damaged merchandise must be report within 5 days of order receipt. Please email service@funatic.com with your invoice #, photos, and a description of the issue, and we will assist you.
